Blonde Bock

Pair with:  Anything BBQ or red meat.
At Moosejaw:  Delicious with BBQ Pork Sandwich, Pop’s Old Fashioned Beer Ribs, Saturday Night Prime Rib Special, New York Strip or our specialty BBQ Pizza.

Dells Chief Amber Ale
Pairings:  Anything BBQ or Tex-Mex & Pizza, never with sweets, also compliments hearty soups and sandwiches.
At Moosejaw:  Drink it with Beer & Cheese Soup, Taco Salad, Elk Burger, BBQ Pork Sandwich, Pop’s Old Fashioned Beer Ribs, Taco Pizza or Create-Your-Own Pizzas.

Dells Pilsner
Pair with:  Goes well with cream soups, fried foods, fish, Cajun foods & pizza.
At Moosejaw:  Caesar Salad, Mozzarella Sticks, Cajun Chicken Sandwich & Broiled Walleye, Friday Night Fish Fry all compliment the Dells Pilsner. Or try a Calzone!

Dunkel
Pairings:  Any Chicken dish.
At Moosejaw:  Olive Oil Pasta with Chicken, Chicken Strips & Chicken Sandwich all pair great with the Dunkel Lager.

English Brown Ale
Pairings:  The Brown Ale pairs with burgers, prime rib, chicken, pizza & salads. 
At Moosejaw:  Try it with our Caesar Salad, Mushroom & Swiss Burger, Saturday Night Prime Rib Special or any Create-Your–Own pizzas.

Fruit Beers (Apple Ale, Raspberry Cream Ale)
Pairings:  These fruity beers go well with Green Salads & lighter desserts. 
At Moosejaw:  Try them with our Chef or House Salads & BLT.  Compliment one of these brews after dinner with an Ice Cream Sundae.

Honey Ale
Pair with: Lighter foods such as salads as well as creamy sauces & certain desserts
At Moosejaw:  Beer Bread, Chicken Wrap, Veggie Wrap, Alfredo Pasta with Chicken or Chicken Alfredo Pizza.  Try a Honey Ale with Bread Pudding or 24-Karor Carrot Cake after dinner.

Kilbourn Hop Ale
Pairings: Hop ales are best with red meat.
At Moosejaw:  Try the Hop Ale with our Onion Rings, Moosejaw Black Angus Burger, Premium Pizza or either the Porterhouse or New York Strip Steaks.

Light Lager
Pair with:  Spicy foods
At Moosejaw:  Moose Wings, Cajun Chicken Sandwich, Creole Pasta with Andouille Sausage, Garlic Butter Pasta with Italian Meatballs or our specialty Chicken Fajita Pizza.

Oak Barrel Aged Porter
Pairings:  Porter goes well with BBQ, red meat & fruity or creamy Desserts.
At Moosejaw:  Superb with our Shaved Capone, Porterhouse, Northwood’s Surf & Turf or save for dessert with our Mile High Cheesecake topped with Raspberries.

Oaktoberfest
Pairings:  Any & all pork items
At Moosejaw: Beer & Cheese Soup, Wisconsin Beer Brat, Canadian Club, Iowa Chops & our specialty BBQ Pizza all compliment the Oaktoberfest.

Pale Ale, India Pale Ale
Pairings:  Nicely paired with fried, broiled, smoked or steamed seafood, spicy cuisine, soups & red sauces. 
At Moosejaw: This brew can be enjoyed with our Malibu Coconut Shrimp, Super Nachos, Marinara Pasta with Shrimp, Meatball or Fish Sandwich, Broiled Walleye or Friday Night Fish Fry. 

Stout
Pairings:  Stouts are generally recommended for heavier, chocolate desserts or red meats. 
At Moosejaw:  Try our Moosejaw Pie accompanied by a glass…it’s heaven!

Weissbier
Pairings:  The Weissbier goes well with lighter fare such as delicate soups and pastas, light cheeses, grilled vegetables and fish. 
At Moosejaw: Pair it with our Chef Salad, Chicken Noodle Soup, Artichoke Spinach Dip, Bruschetta, Breadsticks, Garlic Cheese Bread, Portabella Moose-shroom Melt, or Vegetarian Pizza.
